How do you securely process my credit card?

You have the option of using wither Google or Paypal to process your credit card. We do not store any credit card information at any time.

All PayPal transactions are covered with 100% protection against unauthorized payments sent from your account. As a fraud-prevention measure, Paypal will send an email confirmation for the payment that you make with PayPal.

Paypal stores your sensitive financial information securely stored on their servers. We receive payment from PayPal without ever seeing your financial information.

How a secure transaction works:

  • Your computer: When entering the checkout process, Paypal will verify that your internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher.
  • In transit: Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).
  • PayPal servers: Your personal information is stored on Paypals servers and heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further shield your credit card and bank numbers, we do not directly connect our firewall-protected servers to the internet.

What does your tracking system show me?

Our tracking system provide you with up-to-date tracking information. To use our system please enter your order number and email address that was associated with your order, or enter the tracking number provided in your shipping email.

What is your return policy?

In the rare event that wrong products are received, the correct products will be reshipped, and charges for the product value corrected, if only if the received products are returned in an unopened, resalable condition. We are not responsible for damage in transit, beyond our control.

Products may also be returned to us in one of the following instances:

  • Where nothing is wrong with the products and you have simply chosen to return the products because, for example, you have changed your mind. In this situation you have 10 days from the date of the products arrival to return the order back to us. You will then be credited an amount equal to the cost of the products (excluding any initial handling and freight costs) All products returned in accordance with this clause must be returned in their original condition and box/packaging.
  • For products damaged in transit you must immediately advise the delivery organization and Quit Smoking Supplies that the goods are damaged. All packaging material must be retained for 60 days. Upon receipt of the damaged goods, we will either replace the products, or give you a full refund. You must cooperate with all inquiries and claims we or any delivery organization may make in connection with any compensation for any damage whilst in transit.
