We provide our services to you subject to the following notices, terms and conditions. In addition, when you use any of our services, you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms and conditions applicable to such service. By using this Site (http://www.gumauctions.com), you agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any of these terms and conditions, you should not access or use this site.
Orders, Price and Payment
Products must be ordered in accordance with the instructions on this Site. All payments for the Products are payable in the currency displayed when an order is placed. Except where specifically stated, our prices do not include any import fees, duties, tariffs or other charges associated with importing the Products to any Country. If you elect to pay by check, your order may experience shipping delays until such time as your check has cleared.
Gum Auctions LLC may revise and/or discontinue products at any time without notice. Orders are not binding upon Gum Auctions LLC until accepted by Gum Auctions LLC. Gum Auctions LLC remain the owners of the Products until you the purchaser have paid in full.
Deliveries & Freight
Gum Auctions LLC aims to process and ship your order within 1 business day of receiving your order. An email will be sent to confirm your order has been processed. Cancellations for orders are only accepted prior to shipping.
Our best efforts are made to speedily dispatch your order, but we are not be responsible for delays caused by temporary delays in the delivery of the requested product/products from the manufacturer/supplier or by any other delays caused by a third party. Nor can we be responsible for delivery delays caused by holidays, or by the mail service in charge of the delivery.
Availability of products is subject to change without further notice and we cannot be held responsible for the non availability of ordered products.
Gum Auctions LLC takes no responsibility for any shipped products detained or confiscated by foreign customs, nor for any mail losses, damage or incorrect delivery caused by handling within various mail agencies.
If we have specified a delivery date or method, we will try and deliver the Products to you by that date and method. However, we are entitled to deliver the products to you after the stated delivery date or cancel the contract without being liable to you in any way if the delay in delivery is in respect of causes outside our control.
Gum Auctions LLC is not responsible for loss in the mail due to incorrect delivery details provided at the time of the order.
International Order Guarantee
Should your order become declared lost or damaged in transit then, provided that the correct delivery address was initially given, we will replace it - FREE of charge. Gum Auctions LLC will do everything in its power to ensure safe speedy delivery, however please note that although the average delivery time for International Express Airmail is 3-5 working days, postal circumstances beyond our control have the potential to cause delays up to 18 working days. Such delays include, public holidays, time of year, weather etc.
In the rare event that wrong products are received, the correct products will be reshipped, and charges for the product value corrected, only if the received products are returned in an unopened, resalable condition. We are not responsible for damage in transit, beyond our control.
Products may be returned to us in one of the following situations:
- Where nothing is wrong with the Products and you have simply chosen to return the products because, for example, you have changed your mind. In this situation you have 10 days from the date of the products dispatch to return the order back to us. You will then be credited an amount equal to the cost of the products (excluding any handling and freight costs) All products returned in accordance with this clause must be returned in their original condition and box/packaging.
- For products damaged in transit you must immediately advise the delivery organization and Gum Auctions that the goods are damaged. All packaging material must be retained for 60 days. Upon receipt of the damaged goods, we will either replace the products, or give you a full refund. You must cooperate with all inquiries and claims we or any delivery organization may make in connection with any compensation for any damage whilst in transit.
All Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with the invoice, packing slip, or original postal packaging. You are responsible for the safe and secure return of products. Wrap the products and all accessories in the original box and appropriate packing and send it to us by a secure delivery method
